For the first anniversary of my brother Grant’s unexpected passing, I made 20 portraits of Grant to be given to his friends and loved ones. Each portrait is unique in its own way, using different mediums. The individuality, inaccuracies, and randomness of each piece represent the beautiful creativity in life that Grant embodied each and every day. Through our own creativity and spontaneity, Grant’s amazing, infectious, and sometimes even strange energy will vibrantly live on forever.
